Dick & Penny’s Cottage sits just below Emily’s House located up on the old “Rising Hill” on Lakeshore Terrace in the town of Hague on New York’s beautiful Lake George. It is a peaceful neighborhood sprinkled with summertimers and folks that live there all year round.

The Lake is a short walk down the hill, about 75 yards, just across Lakeshore Drive. The Bolton’s dock, along with 67 feet of shore, is located to the right of The Dockside Marina. Launch your boat at the Hague Town Park launch site just a quarter mile down the road or rent a boat from the marina!

It features a large deck on the lakeside of the house, has one large bedroom, one large kitchen/living area and one bath with shower. It is perfectlfy cozy and just right for any couple. Amenities include a stacked washer dryer, electric range, refrigerator, dishwasher and cable television. Team it up with Emily’s House for a larger family's vacation. Could be where Mom & Dad sleep or Grandparents quarters.
