• Deposit will be half the cost of your stay for your reservation
• Surcharge for additional people.
• Maintenance surcharge on weekly cabin rentals.
• Dock Space - $150 per week, $25 per day. Free Off Season. 
• No pets – no exceptions.
• Upon arrival, security deposit will be applied to last day of reservation.
• Cancellation policy: Deposit is nonrefundable unless facility can be re-rented.
• Refunds subject to a $25 handling charge.
• We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover.
• New York State Sales Tax 7.25% + Occupancy tax 4%.
• Check in time 4:00 PM  ~  Check out time 10:00 AM.
